The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

• Consumer Agreement
• We will not be responsible for any bottle of wine determined "bad" by you. Individual taste does not make a wine "bad" nor does it make it "good". If you are sure that the chemical makeup is the problem then send the bottle(s) back to us at your expense. We will make the final determination on the bottle. If the determination is that the bottle is "bad" we will certainly replace the bottles and cover the shipping charges. If the bottles are determined to be "good" because the chemical makeup is correct, the financial burden of shipping the bottles back to you will be yours.



• Shipping & Delivery
• At this time, Carolina Vineyards Winery ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Carolina Vineyards Winery ship to Maryland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
